Configuration
A. Off-center adjustment system
Our off-center adjustment system has become one of the Nationl patents in China.This system can make the error of preform‘s wall thickness less than 0.05mm.This system do not affect the life time of mould.
B. Self-lock system
Long bi-awls fixed orientation advanced techniques have been adopted on preform mould to reduce the preform eccentricity problem caused by our side reasons.
C. All the water Channels in the mould's each inner part,which make the cycle time short enough.And all the cooling channels have been specially treated to prevent them form jam.
1.) The mould are employed Germany HOTSET Coil Heaters. 2.) All cores and cavities are employed S136 stainless steel, and the main plate is employed P20. 3.) The delivery time is 40 days after receiving 40% down payment. 4.) The mould packaging is adopted wooden box.
